We pride ourselves in the team efforts which we put forth everyday. We are all close with one another and work together rather than being “catty” and selfish.

Iron Cross Industries is a trolling/dispatch company which means we do a great deal of promoting for you. However we also require our operators to self promote to some extent, as it shows a sign of self motivation… and we only seek motivated individuals who have a high expectation of the income potential involved in this industry.

We will never force you to take calls that make you feel uncomfortable. Everyone has taboo topics, and we respect your limits- End of story!

ICI does not remove taxes from your pay. This is the responsibility of the operator. A 1099 will be issued each year. We do not pay for your phone line, computer, internet fees or other costs of doing business. All of these expenses are the operator’s responsibility. You may do advertising or marketing on your own behalf, and these costs must be paid by you as well. You are truly running your own business when you are working with us. But we feel we provide a very good atmosphere which will help you to succeed.
